Idea:
The idea behind this project was to design a straightforward landing page that displays a few NFTs from the Bored Ape collection along with their perks. Instead of focusing on the full functionality of the original site, I kept the concept minimal—highlighting the artwork and the value of being part of the community. The goal was to experiment with presenting digital collectibles in a visually engaging yet simple format. While also learning Framer.
My Design Approach:
The idea behind this project was to design a straightforward landing page that displays a few NFTs from the Bored Ape collection along with their perks. Instead of focusing on the full functionality of the original site, I kept the concept minimal—highlighting the artwork and the value of being part of the community. The goal was to experiment with presenting digital collectibles in a visually engaging yet simple format.
Challenge :
The main challenge was to capture the essence of BAYC’s bold and premium identity within a simplified layout. Since the original website is highly detailed and interactive, scaling it down to a minimal version required careful selection of what to keep and what to remove.
Balancing the playful NFT visuals with a clean structure was another challenge - I needed the page to feel engaging without being cluttered. Ensuring that the perks and artwork remained the focus, while still giving the site a polished look, was the key design hurdle in this project.”
